Luz Schweig is editor of the Somos Xicanas anthology. She ran an international women's poetry journal for ten years, through which she edited and produced five anthologies and one full length poetry collection. She has worked as an editor and ghost writer in a variety of projects for 20 years. Luz grew up in La Ciudad de México, and loves exploring new ways to connect with her ancestral roots.
